Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250 is required. This security deposit is payable at check-in.
Reservation Deposit:
Advance deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge including tax is required within five days of verbal acceptance of a reservation. Reservations will not be considered firm until this deposit is received.
Cancellation Refunds:
Prompt refunds of advance deposits will be made upon cancellation of reservations as follows:

Special Rates and Minimum:
Special events are somewhat higher and will be quoted upon request. Rates are based on four occupants for a two bedroom and six occupants for the three bedroom deluxe. Additional adults and children over 12 are $5 per day per person.
