Rules and Regulations
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250 is required. This security deposit is payable at check-in.
Reservation Deposit:
Advance deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge including tax is required within five days of verbal acceptance of a reservation. Reservations will not be considered firm until this deposit is received.
Cancellation Refunds:
Prompt refunds of advance deposits will be made upon cancellation of reservations as follows:

Special Rates and Minimum:
Special events are somewhat higher and will be quoted upon request. 2 Bedroom rates are based on 4 occupants. 3 Bedroom rates are based on 6 occupants. Additional $10 per night for each additional person 16 years and older.
