Rules and Regulations
Minimum Age Requirement:
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent any unit at Little Sweden. Proof of age with a picture ID is required at the time of check-in.
Reservation Deposit:
To confirm and secure your reservation, a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the rental charge including tax is required at the time of making your reservation.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250 is required. This security deposit is payable at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds of reservation deposits will be made upon the cancellation of a reservation as follows:

Occupancy:
2 Bedroom rates are based on 4 occupants. 3 Bedroom rates are based on 6 occupants. Additional $10 per night for each additional person 16 years and older. Minimum night stay required, based on the time of year.
Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed.
